Tyche (/ˈtaɪki/; Ancient Greek: Τύχη Túkhē, 'Luck', Roman equivalent: Fortuna) is the Greek Goddess of luck, fortune, chance, success, prosperity, providence and fate. She can give luck to anyone deserving it and take it from those who are unworthy. She is said to be a sister of Nemesis, and the Fates. Her father is Zeus and her mother is Aphrodite.

Tyche (Roman equivalent: Fortuna) was the presiding tutelary deity who governed the fortune and prosperity of a city and its destiny. She is said to be the daughter of two titans: Oceanus and Tethys, while other might have thought Tyche was the offspring of Zeus and Aphrodite. She was revered not only as a goddess who could bring luck, but also one that can bring misfortune. She is also said to be the sisters of Nemesis and The Fates.
