The magician (Latin: magum, plural maga) is a person who either uses magic naturally, or after learning it. If magicians are considered as a species or sub-race in myths, they can have children with humans or other supernatural beings, which may make them stronger or weaker, depending on the tale. Usually; magicians are depicted as demonic or neutral beings with pointy ears, dark aura/surroundings, and unnatural clothes. Sometimes they wield a staff, a wand, or a magical star.

White magicians are people who were either born with positive magic (such as mysticism and white arts), or were taught it by benevolent forces like angels or good deities.
Dark magicians[]
Dark magicians are people who were either born with negative magic or were taught it by malevolent forces like demons or evil deities.
Neutral magicians[]
This class of mages either have both white and dark arts or are just using normal magic.

Note: witch can be used for males, too, not commonly (unless the word is translated from another language), and usually male witches are referred to as witchers or warlocks, by the way, there is no feminine form of warlock. (the word warlock can be used for females, but rarely.)
Masculine Japanese: maou (also translated as overlord, mistakenly demon lord), mahou (also translated as magic), feminine: majou (also translated as overlady).
Latin: masculine magus plural magi, feminine: maga plural magae.
Note: enchanter/enchantress can have sexual connotations, describing a person who uses their magical powers to "enchant' people into being their lovers.
