In demonology, Glasya-Labolas (or Caacrinolaas) is a mighty President of Hell who commands thirty-six legions of demons. He is depicted as a dog with the wings of a griffin.
He is the author and captain of manslaughter and bloodshed, tells all things past and to come, knows all sciences, gains the minds and love of friends and foes causing love among them if desired, incites homicides and can make a man invisible.
Glasya-Labolas in the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum[]
The Pseudomonarchia daemonum, or False Monarchy of Demons, by the Dutch occultist Johann Weyer, was published as an appendix to his book titled De praestigiis daemonum, or On the Tricks of Demons, in 1577. The description of Belial from the Pseudomonarchia daemonum is as follows:

Glasya-Labolas in the Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis (Ars Goetia)[]
The Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis or Lesser Key of Solomon is an anonymously written book of demonology that is believed to have been complied sometime during the 17th century CE. The work is divided into five books, the first of which, known as the Ars Goetia, lists 72 demons. The Ars Goetia is heavily based off of Johann Weyer's Pseudomonarchia daemonum.
In 1904, the British occultist and founder of the religion of Thelema, Aleister Crowley, published a version of the Lesser Key of Solomon which was translated by another British occultist, Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers, and contained additional invocations added by Crowley. The Ars Goetia's passage on Glasya-Labolas from the 1904 version is as follows:

He can make a Man to go Invisible. And he hath under his command 36 Legions of Spirits. His Seal is this, to be, etc.[2] | ” |
Glasya-Labolas (Caacrinolaas) in the Dictionnaire Infernal[]
The Infernal Dictionary is a book of demonology written in 1818 by the French occultist Jacques Auguste Simon Collin de Plancy. The entry for Asmodeus is as follows:
| “ | Caacrinolaas , also called Caassimolar and Glassialabolas, great president of the underworld, he presents himself in the form of a dog, and he has the gait of one, with griffin wings. He gives knowledge of the liberal arts, and, by a bizarre contrast, he inspires homicides. It is said that he predicts the future well. This demon makes man invisible and commands thirty-six legions . The Grand Grimoire names him Classyalabolas, and makes him only a kind of sergeant who sometimes serves as a mount for Nebiros or Naberus.[3] | ” |
