Budha is a Hindu god. He is not to be confused with Buddha. He is the god of merchants and commerce. He is also the god of the planet Mercury and his mother is Tara .He is the adoptive son of Brihaspati . His father by birth is Chandra. The Kuru dynasty number among his numerous human descendants, particularly those of the Lunar dynasty or Chandravansha.
