Iṣṭihr (Arabic: إسطهر also spelt as إصطهر, IPA: [ʔ̬isˠt̬ˠihr], anglicised as Aster) is the woman who seduced the two angels Samyaza (Harut) and Azazel (Marut), and gave the birth of the first Nephilim.

Sometimes identified with the Queen of Sheba and Lilith. It might to be Astaroth in disguise.

Due to her bad deed she was punished and turned into a planet which is known today as Venus.
