Anguta by Fearn

Anguta is the god of the dead in Inuit mythology. Known as the Father, he carries the souls of the departed down to the icy Adlivun, the underworld. Anguta is the biological father of the sea goddess Sedna. In certain myths of the Greenland Inuit, Anguta (also called "His Father" or Anigut) is considered the creator god and is the supreme being among the Inuit people. In other myths, Anguta is merely a mortal widower.
